Oh my god I hadn't considered it, Penelope looking outside after the storm, maybe even seeing Odysseus' raft and realizing it's time to clean house, AND THEN YOU HAVE HIM ALREADY HIDING AMONG THE SUITORS INSIDE THE CASTLE

Thanks to Suffering and the way Ody tries to play a mind game with the sirens as if it was with Penelope we know she is also extremely clever and that the two of them bounce off very well from that fact, so this almost feels like they're able to wordlessly work together, even without interacting they're still a tag team and I understand why this man would torture a god for Penelope

I love how everyone draws Penelope so young because of her voice when really it’s been like 20 years, she would look and be much older.

Edit: I am aware that Penelope is half nymph so she would age slower but I thought it would be nice for her to have some older features in her character, like for example, wrinkles/dark circles under her eyes or having cut her hair into a shorter length, not saying that the Penelope design is bad or anything.

I'm so happy you animated Ody in the crowd of suitors, because it's actually one of my favorite parts about this saga in the book! Ody comes into Ithaca under the guise of being a homeless man and sits among the suitors, who mock and harass him. Antinous even hits him on the head with a stool. Ody then goes on to completely wreck them all by beating the challenge while still disguised as a beggar. It's absolutely glorious.

I love Penelope's design, how it's clear she's grown older, between 35 and 40-something. The elegance of her clothing and jewellery, and I think they seem pretty accurate to some form of Ancient Greek clothing and diadems. The subtle cunning of her expressions, it's all fantastic.
