wowowow the instant pot hack I didn’t know I needed! All you need now is to get salsa making down hehe.. from my mother: Boil 4 large tomatillos and one (to start ha, we do 2 maybe 3) Serrano pepper until soft, blend with salt and you’re good (Add cilantro and onion if you’re short on time for cutting all that after) Thank you for sharing your cooking and eating adventures💕

I do have a small confession to make. I thought lengua (is that how you spell it) was a Filipino dish considering my mom would also make lengua with some sort of sauce that tastes like mushroom soup and some added mushrooms lol
