In my country inside parts of animals are pretty famous and I tried tongue with brains too, many people will say I’m a zombie and will get disgusted but trust me, both of them were epic.I even tried stomach and heart too and they are epic too!

once I got over it being a tongue I loved it. unique flavor you don’t get from any other meat. it got me to try way weirder parts of the cow and stuff like bugs.
