Oh my goodness, I just read The Murder of Roger Ackroyd last month. The ending gave me goosebumps. Agatha Christie is the best. And Then There Were None is what started my reading journey.

wait, a lot of people don't like agatha christie?! she's my favorite author and she dragged me to my journey of seeking thriller/crime mystery books with good plot twists. I love Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile the most.

You sell each book soooo good you make me want to read them all! You’re very good! I read Lock every door by Riley Sager and I didn’t find it that twisty, I actually found it kind of boring. This comes from a Riley Sager’s fan, don’t get me wrong, I find myself looking forward to reading his yearly book, even though either I hate it or love it. Lock every door fell flat for me and it’s kind of a forgettable book. As for Alice F., I’ve read 2 of her books and I must say her twists are the most ridiculous and dumb ones I have ever read in my life. It’s as if she was writing thrillers for children, so I will not be giving her a third chance because she always insults my intelligence as a reader and well, as a human being!😅

I listened to the audiobook of Rock, Paper, Scissors and the narrators were the best I heard so far, especially with narration of letters written by the first wife (i shed a few tears). My jaw dropped when I heard the plot twist. It is a good book!

P.S. I'd be adding Who is Maud Dixon on my tbr

I’m just finishing up rock paper scissors by Alice Feeney, and I just finished her. Sometimes I lie, which was another excellent book with a twist.… And then I’m going to read the murder of Roger Ackroyd

I loved The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. It was the only Christie book I figured out before the reveal. She did it brilliantly.

New subscriber. 👋🏻😊 I greatly appreciate you keeping the basic plot of the book brief. I hate it when BookTubers reveal plot points and practically the entire summary. The thrilling aspect of reading a thriller is not knowing what will happen. I will add Who is Maud Dixon to my TBR 😊. Thank you!

I'm surprised no one has reviewed Ghost Platoon by Campbell. It would be a good choice for your viewers to know about!

Behind Her Eyes blew my mind. You continue to dangle Maud Dixon in front of me. Soon, I swear! ❤️

I am currently reading the last house on needless street and I feel exactly as you described - totally lost and not sure if I like it. But you gave me motivation to stick with it! Thanks for the recommendations! :)

For me, 'The last time I lied' by Riley Sager had more twists than Lock Every Door to me.... but I will admit the one twist Lock Every Door had (what's really going on) was a good one.

I've had Maud Dixon for months but never felt like picking it up, now I can't wait to read it!
LOVED Needless Street, even though I had figured it out about 1/3 in lol

Thanks for the great video. I can't wait to read the Maude Dixon one. "Behind Her Eyes" was such a great series on Netflix--I had heard somewhere that it was a book first so may go back and read it. I don't like doing that though, much prefer to read the book first. Did you see the show? Huge Agatha Christie fan and love Riley Sager too. :)

Oohh adding some of these to my TBR, I have to say though, Rock Paper Scissors there were some twists I didn’t see but the main twist I thought was hinted throughout the book! Great video 💕💕

Did we read the same Hating Game? 😆

Also I’m so glad you loved Who is Maud Dixon. I recommend it to everyone, it’s so good.

You should definitely read the kind worth killing and before she knew him both by Peter Swanson !!!! These books got me into reading thrillers and I didn’t see any of the plot twists coming !!! Fast reads too !
