I'm always surprised at the practice of password protecting a document and in the very next email, a few seconds later, they tell you the password. Surely, if you try to access the first (when you shouldn't), you're also going to see the password a few seconds later. If email1 goes AWOL, then so does email2.

Does the password work across different platforms? I know there's some password-protection that, if set in Windows, can still be bypassed using Linux.

Could you do a similar video for both Libre office, and Only Office?

Also, winrar allows to encrypt the filenames in rar archive. Which is important to prevent disclosing the contents.

Yes, I use MS Word file save as pdf and there is password encryption option.
