Hi Lynn! I love this content from you. I struggle with anxiety and overwhelm and chronic pain. I have good and bad days but sometimes life events happen where I need to make myself do more than usual on bad days and today is one of those days. I have company coming and nothing lights a fire into my anxiety more. I love visitors and this one is special. I get overwhelmed wanting to "impress" or prove that I'm ok. I don't know why. This visitor loves me and my home and my family and my pets. But I get stuck. I always choose your vlog when it's super hard to get going. I have to pace all of my activities around pain and rest so I set a timer and do a chore for 15 minutes, then I sit with your videos for 5 or 10 minutes and you help me reset. Thank you so much.
