LEGO Mr. Gold Un-Bagging

I got insanely lucky at my local Fred Meyer in the Beaverton, Oregon area on April 30, 2013. Found this fabulous guy about 75% through the first box on the shelf!

The clear bag was much more difficult to feel for than I was expecting. The giveaway for me was actually the top hat. After I felt that, I felt around for his cane and the diamond and I knew I had him.

Was it harder to feel for Mr Gold than other figures because of the clear bag?
