Free Wireless Internet for the Manawatu

This presentation to Palmerston North City Council shows how our region can create the largest free wireless internet region in New Zealand which would bring many benefits such as:
- The Manawatu will be a more attractive destination for tourists.
- Free access to local information (tourism, business and education).
- It will increase the Internet literacy of our population which will improve employment and business opportunities.
