Except the form is different now and step #2 requires you to make a T-Mobile account... which you can't do if you don't currently have a T-Mobile phone number... so you are stuck in an infinite loop of a form that doesn't ever get anywhere. FIX IT, PLEASE!

1. Do families need to a current T-mobile member?
2. What are the metrics for approval? In other words, what would cause a family not to be approved?
3. Does immigration status matter?
