I usually do Christmas in Disneyland, but this year I did it in WDW. They are both magical, but Christmas in Disneyland is next level. I think it’s just more immersive. The candy canes hand pulled at the Penny Arcade, to the holiday smells, to the overlays. It really is perfection.

Regarding the street-crossing Christmas garland: There were a few years when Disneyland didn't have Christmas garland AT ALL because the Frozen float in Paint The Night was too tall. Now that Paint The Night is gone, we get our garland back! I agree it makes it all feel so magical 🥰

I just came back from 3 days at Disneyland yesterday, I just love how festive it is. I’ve been to both parks during the holidays multiple times and I think I prefer Disneyland during the holidays, something more intimate about it and being able to move easily between Disneyland and CA Adventure is a plus.
