President Donald Trump’s foreign policy team is taking shape, and the world is making sense of whether, on balance, it represents continuity or disruption.
For Ukraine and U.S. allies on the eastern European flank, the existential question is – If Mr Trump does a deal with Vladimir Putin, will this mean a partition of Ukraine and U.S. withdrawal from Europe?
To discuss the likely course of U.S. policy, in this episode of “On the Record”, host Adam Jasser was joined by Diane Francis, a senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, who has written extensively on European and global security, and Charles Crawford, a former senior British diplomat with ambassadorial postings to Serbia and Poland.

That's all well and good but the gas and oil can't be gathered unless Russia is removed first. It's the same with the mineral wealth. It is mostly located in the east and non accessible unless Russia is removed from Ukraine.

Taiwan and Ukraine should not be in the same argument. If Ukraine fell I dont think China would "Attack" Taiwan, but not in the next decade anyway. We should be supporting Ukraine because its the right thing to do and we should not be sacrificing a democratic country to the forces of darkness.

Sure, we will rather let Ukraine fall under Russia because fear of competition. What Russia will do with that grain? In ecological terms productive land should let for rest by time to time in order to not be destroy by industrial agricultural exploitation.

Instead of concentrating on who is in charge of what the president has to say gain control of the armies outside of their narrative and just blame them because of what the army has done. Drones can make that happen and is basically what's going on
