Integral of the Day 4.8.24 | Multiple Radicals?! Can you solve it? | Math with Professor V

Good morning and happy Monday! I thought it would be nice to do a definite integral again and keep our skills sharp. This integral looks worse than it really is in my opinion, I solved it doing 2 rounds of u-substitution. I'm sure there are several other approaches, so let me know in the comments down below how you chose to solve it!
