Apple Oatmeal Cake | Super Moist and Delicious Coffee Cake
This Spiced Apple and Oatmeal Coffee Cake is the perfect piece of cake you can have with a coffee or tea! It tastes deliicous and has a very moist texture thanks to the grated apple and all the other fresh ingredients! The Oatmeal and walnut are roasted before being added to the cake batter which enhances their flavor. You can also bake this recipe is muffins form, they taste delicious and the texture is still very good!
Feel free to add chocolate chips or raisins to the cake if you prefer to:

4 Eggs
135g Sugar | 2/3 cup
1 tsp Vanilla infused sugar or vanilla extract
80ml Vegetable Oil | 1/3 cup
160ml whole milk | 2/3 cup
200g All purpose flour | 1+ 1/2 cup
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp Baking Powder | about 10g
80g Rolled Oats | 3/4 cup
65g Walnuts | 1/2 cup
1 Grated Apple
