Thank you soooo much. I was just on phone with Samsung support for one hour and 20 minutes and they had me cancelling my order, returning my phone and reordering. This allowed me to do a hard reset and start from the beginning. Don't have to send phone back now.😊

how to do it when im in safe mode ? there is no fingerprint working, i forgot my password and now not able to hard reset :(
