Sort but this didn’t work at all for me. I have about the same pool & filter. Mine is not the Elite so it is about 10” shorter. I followed your instructions but could never get any suction. You didn’t specify how long the hose should be. Mine is long.

I live In the UK, new build estate, which means we all

I just popped a hole in the bottom of pool. My house did not work to drain it and summer waves tech support was no help. I got the pool for free anyways more hassle with this brand we went back to Intex.

we did this overnight but my little sister took it out of the pool early into the night because she thinks “it can’t go into the grass” so now we have to wait all day again 😑

We tried to hook our hose up to the outer drain plug.. it says it fits a standard hose..but it doesn't at all. Glad we found this video! Going to give this a try!

Have you had any problems with the vinyl after draining? I just bought mine and realized it was not level and I’m currently draining but I keep seeing videos saying it’s not good to drain it so I’m worried I’m going to mess it up.

Well, that wasn't easy, but it bloody worked! Like someone suggested, i used the vacuum hose because it's wider.

Thank you for sharing this video. I always struggle with the last remaining inch of water and how to effectively get that drained and dry, prior to taking the pool down. In the last couple of years, I got frustrated and dismantled the pool in order to dump that little bit of water out, but it's a darn mess! Anyone have a better way?
