-Hello everyone! I know its been a long time but I had a few issues with my personal life and I could not upload any videos due to that and the lack of time.
Now I am back and I am going to show you how to get PMX Editor/PMXE, and this time also showing you how to unblock the file so that no issues happen later down the road.
Also this is a retirement video for my PMXE&PMDE Installation pack as I could not keep the pack updated due to as I said, lack of time. But hey Now you will also get all the updates on time as the new source, LearnMMD.com, is trust worthy.

CRITICAL NOTE!!!: When you are checking why the plugins doesn't work, its because pmx editor was from older versions of microsoft. In order to access the plugin, re-download the pmx editor once more, JUST THE ZIP! > Go right click the file and go to properties. The down below you can see called "Unblock" so you can now access the plugin where it needs in future work like resizing characters and importing assets.

When I downloaded it, I did have some troubles at first and some screen even popped up that said "could not download" or something and it just popped up anyway. It was wierd but it helped! Thank you

Why is nothing working for my computer!? I've tried this as well as blender and unity and am unable to import or make a mmd avatar/character.

It took me forever to find a full version that didn't have a donation button stamped on it, though the change in art is nice too.
Thank you so much for the video link or I would have never found this version, it does stutter a little more then the other one I have but the gosh is it completely translated.
However I still use PMDE way more then PMXE, somethings are just more easier to understand.

hey I did what all you until the 5:04 part of the video. What did you do to open it? I clicked it twice to to open it but something came up. It asked me "How do you want to open this file?". What should I do??? Please help me. I really want to edit and make an mmd model.
