I was literally waiting for the LS400. No reliable car list is complete without it. I have a 95 and even with 230K miles, it has pretty much no issues. The only issues I've found are with aftermarket parts. For instance, the A/C compressor didn't work because it was aftermarket, the driver door and fender body panels are faded because they were replaced or repainted and have low quality paint, and the aftermarket O2 sensors failed. The only real issue I have with the car is that it's such a damn nice car and I don't want to ruin it. I want to lower it, supercharge it, paint it black, and modify the exhaust, but it's so nice how it is, and its such a perfect car, I can't bring myself to change it.

Just got an 8th gen civic sedan for $1000. It does have 200k on it and looks like it’s been in a hail storm on a golf course. Great vid man.

You forgot the Scion tC. It’s basically a 4 cylinder Camry and has a cool panoramic sunroof

Picked up a chevy cruze myself for a cheap daily. He didn't mention though that they also came with a 1.4L turbo model. It makes more power but trying to get off the line with my manual is a struggle with how little torque that thing makes. Great little commuter tho.

Mark, love your videos man they’re fire! Just wanted to say that if anyone is seriously looking for a Nissan Sentra to do your RESEARCH. I bought a ‘17 model brand new and had the transmission replaced at 80k. Their transmissions are junk. Other than that I loved it for what it was.

I think the corolla should be placed higher on this list, espacially with versions like the early 2000's corolla t-sport featuring the 2zz-ge engine and 211hp

I had a 16 Tsi Jetta before i got SMASHED in a T bone. Amazing car, actually felt quick on the highway but had issues accelerating. Felt pretty luxurious and looks really good.
