Only watched to passenger seat so far, but as soon as I saw the radio I knew it was a Honda Fit.

The visibility in these older cars is just so much better than what you get today.

The Fit having paddle shifters is absolutely hilarious

Son, that's what you call a Honda Fit. It's a classic.

I had this as my first car, and it was really good. It “understood” my financial status as a broke student, could run for kilometers on a $10 fuel refill, service cost peanuts and it never developed any major issues. Sold it to upgrade to a more comfortable car but I miss that blue baby of mine still. A solid recommendation!

Anything that's a honda or a toyota is always a great buy can never go wrong

Not just a good first car, but a Honda Fit was also the last car that my mom owned .

These are badged Honda Jazz in the UK and I believe they also have a race series in Japan! Dual spark engine too, 2 plugs per cylinder (4 hide down the back of the engine). Bizzarely always fancied one 🤷🏼‍♂️

Had 2006 Honda fit or jazz as it’s called in Germany. Fantastic car for a beginner. With 83 hp reasonable fast, comfy, reliable and spacious. Loved everything about it.

I had one of these for 4 years. Slow as hell, loud inside, reasonably comfortable. It was absolutely dirt cheap to own, never left me stranded, and you can "Fit" a lot of stuff into that tiny car.

I have an 08 Fit Sport manual as my first car. Fun to drive, decent power, great handling, can haul anything and anyone, and it gets 30 MPG while driving it like an idiot.

When he said "basic radio" you could already see the word "Fit" on the gear shifter 😂😂😂

For anyone interested, try it on the freeway first. These things rev super high at cruising speeds. Can get annoying on long trips.

Really all you need and will run forever. Love that you give props to regular folk whips like this.

Bruh, a 2007 honda fit with 85k miles still goes for $10, 000. Market is stupid crazy right now.

Pontiac Vibes/Toyota Matrixes are absolutely phenomenal first cars as well. I got a used 2005 vibe, and it already had 273k miles, and it’s going strong at 281k right now

Great car! Recently sold a 2008 Fit Sport MT. 289K still going strong. Sold to the nephew of a good friend, and he loves it, especially mid-30s MPG compared to his jacked up pick up truck

I love how solid the interiors of the older cars were. No matter which brand you talk about.

Its a honda. You can tell by how well built the dash is. Its what made these cars stand out from all the other cheap cars at the time.
