We’ll be having a special backyard breakfast in Compton, eating a carnitas chilaquiles burrito, dino sized goat leg bones, and finishing with an entire al pastor taco experience. Pajaretes - There’s no doubt, pajaretes is one of the greatest and craziest food experiences in all of Los Angeles. Popular especially on ranches in Mexico where you need a quick breakfast as you’re milking the animals, a pajarete is a cup of fresh milk with some toppings. It’s all self service, you add coffee, milk, sugar, a shot of alcohol, and cinnamon and then spray in - directly from the cow or goat of your choice - fresh milk. It’s a life changing breakfast moment. There’s nothing better than goat to cup!

I'm Asian and I can say that Mexicans are very on point with their food. They invented their own style of cuisine unlike anywhere else in the world and it ended up being a genius combination of textures, savory, sweet, spicy just like the top Asian foods but in a totally different interpretation.

Man as an Indian, I have always been in love with Mexican food. We have some similarities when it comes to the spice and everything but Mexico has always been a mystery to me that I want to discover with all my heart.
