Those saying how how fake the baby is you've got to realise how old this show is and when this episode aired. It was very different back then for props etc than it is now. If it was created now and was like this then complain but not for something of this age.

How many people talking about the fake doll have ever seen a real dead body? They don’t look the same as living bodies (or actors playing dead) they lose all muscle control so even people you know look less like themselves.

You ever seen a dead baby after all the blood has settled and the muscles have stiffened? I have it's horrible and isn't too different from the doll they used.
Don't forget in this scenario this baby has been dead a while and possible was left to slowly freeze to death (I haven't seen the full ep)
