25k low impedance is for active pick-ups(active pick-ups require batteries, usually a 9 volt), 250k high impedance are for passive pick-ups(most humbuckers and single coil pick-ups are passive). Hope this helps a little!

Love my gold one...and great song choice for the demo!

High is ideal for early in fx chain (multiple pedals) low is ideal for later in chain (particular fix or smaller setup).

Nice as they are, I wish manufacturers would just put an impedance switch for 25 / 250 [and more] on one pedal, making it more versatile, rather than one pedal with a single setting.

Could you explain when you'd want to choose the higher or lower impedance? Is it dependant on your pickups (active/passive) (single coil/humbucker)? Or is more about what's in the rest of your signal chain? I know some effects pedals confusingly want different impedance on control pedals.

Could someone comment on the hi and low difference - thanks!

Unfortunately I have a prostethic leg, which means that I can't use a pedal like this (volume/wah/expression), because my prostethic foot is in a fixed angle with that leg. Well, I could use it, if I'd sit on a stool and use my healthy left leg. But that feels so unnatural, since that has allways been my 'wrong leg'. 😢

Wow..., I just came up with a great idea!!! 😳

When exactly do you want to use 25k impedance over the 250k impedance? Can we get a solid, beginner friendly, explanation please?

Beautiful playing! Where in the chain do you put your volume pedal?

As much i love the tone and your playing, i don't hear much of a "Wah" effect. Maybe it should be named "Sweeper"
