IXL Algebra 1 - K.8 Solve Two Step Linear Inequalities

The main rule to remember is:

When you change the sign (on both sides) .... you change the sign!

For example: 5 greater than -3 when you add or subtract ANYTHING from both sides the inequality is STILL true (by the SAME amount, 8)

If however you multiply or divide both sides by a negative, it changes the SENSE of the inequality!
