Easy Sheet Pan Tostada Dinner

Once you’ve tasted these Baked Tostadas, you’ll have a hard time believing how quickly and easily the recipe comes together. It’s definitely one of those minimal effort, maximum results kinds of situations, and it’s not every day you get this much bang for your buck.  

Biting into one of these is a whole experience. The crunchy tostada and fresh veggies bring all that perfect, crunchy texture, while the seasoned ground turkey, freshly grated cheese, and bright pico completely ace the flavor game. This recipe is the epitome of well-balanced and is sure to satisfy any and all savory, Tex-Mex cravings in one fell swoop.

How to make Baked Tostadas:

You’ll start off by adding the oil to a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat and allowing it to come to temperature. Add in your ground turkey and use a spatula to break it apart.

Next, you’ll add the cumin, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and onion powder to the meat and stir to coat. Continue occasionally stirring for about 10 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through. 

Grab your tostadas and spread a generous dollop of refried beans across the tops. Next, distribute the ground turkey over top of the beans on each tostada and give them each a sprinkle of that freshly grated cheddar and Monterey mixture. Place these on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melty.

While your Baked Tostadas are in the oven, go ahead and get that pico prepped! 

To make this easy pico de gallo you’ll simply chop and combine roma tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and cilantro, then add in your salt and freshly squeezed lime juice. Give it all a stir and you’re good to go!

Once your tostadas come out of the oven, top them off with some shredded lettuce, pico, and sour cream. Serve and enjoy!

Hello pretty one. Can you please tell me which “jalapeño” scooper your using? I bought one & it seems too big bc it always rips the jalapeño making it hard to do. Help! 😳
