For the 2 Racing Sims 100% make a custom built because of how intense those games are so you will need a way to be able to maintain it a lot more than a normal pc. The mid tiers just use a good pre-built, and the high ends have someone make you them (not like a pre-built company so you can still have your say in it) so you can focus on more important things.

Custom, if you’re buying 6 prebuilt pcs, and each prebuilt is roughly $100-$150 more than custom, you’re saving almost a thousand dollars if you go custom instead of prebuilt

I say prebuilts for the simulators but you go full out customized for the high end.

Custom PCS will allow you to choose more and I assume with the budget since you're building a house with multiple PCS, I assume you would have a high budget so a custom PC will allow you to get better components for a little less but I don't know. I recommend still getting a custom PC

JUST USE A GAMING PROJECTOR/BEAMER (4K 250HZ), FOR BIGGER SCREEN THEN TV. AND NOT THAT EXSPENSIVE.

Custom is the way to go. Prebuilts are good for deals on random components, but you dont want to cheap out on random parts here. Get a good motherboard, prebuilts will cut corners on mb power supply ram etc, in order to buff up the CPU/GPU numbers and improve margin.

if you do custom pc you can make it much more cooler and you can customize the components to the theme of the room/house. And i recommend Custom pc

you should definitely use the bigscreen beyond vr headset for the racing simulator for the best racing simulator and for the best Experience. instead of Three ultrawide monitors. it is so Much better and more immersive i have herd.
