For this one, we bring simplicity, no syrups, no purees. Just simple ingredients.
You will need! Bacardi / White Rum
Sugar Lime / Lime Juice
Fresh Strawberries

Cocktail Shaker
Hawthorne Strainer
Measurer Fine/ Tea Strainer
Muddler / Pestle
Patience and Good wrist action.. which should be perfected by now...

Looks really nice. I was wondering if preparing strawberry sugar mixture ahead of time and straining it would change the taste?

It will be better if you mix it in the mixer with crashed ice. Believe me i do it all time in the bar
