How a Cell Digests Waste-Function of Lysosomes

Lysosomes are organelles found inside eukaryotic cells like animals, protists, but not in prokaryotic cells
They are important because lysosomes help break down old cell parts, digest materials in the cell, and objects that enter the cell.
Lysosomes have a single membrane and are filled with digestive enzymes.

Please note, there is some debate about if lysosomes are found in plant cells. Most people feel the role of the lysosome is carried out by vacuoles in plants, some scientists feel that plants do have lysosomes.

For many decadesI have known I am cell sodden w/fluoride (to a lesser degree... mercury). Because of the highly reactive chemical nature of fluoride, the bioacculativeness has played havoc w/receptor sites, pirating & disrupted all kinds of cell processes. In 2009, l lost ALL cognition for near 3 years w/in an hou of this procedure from a huge chelation caused by a bisphosphanate (Reclast) infusion to prevent osteopina. I was GONE as a functioning, cognitive being for almost 3 years.

As impossable as it seems, I can only surmise that the very same fluoride which has inudated my cells, has somehow caused an intuitive attuning to what my cells need. Time and time again something comes into my life which makes every hair on my body stand on end with waves of chills and an overwhelming feeling of awe.

When each time this has happened, I have learned to listen. For example, when I ate arugula the first time it was not a sudden craving at all which overtook me, but a burning NEED!!! II could not get enough. The more I ate, the better I felt. I did not know what was driving me to eat sooo much arugula everyday, * and only years later when I had recovered my wit and wherewithal and had taught myself to use a computer and the internet, was I able to began the discovery of the why.

*2 decades ago arugula was not really popular as it is now, so sources where not readily available. I would buy out the stores when I found it and knew the days/times it was delivered, until I learned how easily it is grow. Eureka!
I also dehydrated it into a powder so I have a winter supply.
