Japan was all over the place, but the moment sekita steps in, it feels like they got their rythmes back.

Fukatsu is not a bad setter but Sekita is just a beast. He knows his attackers so well. Their play flows better when Sekita is on the court.

Watching this match literally had me on the edge of my seat! It was such an intense match! Japan had a hard time in this match but they never gave up.

I would also like to commend their tenacity and fighting spirit especially when Cuba was already at match point in the 5th set (14-11) but Japan was able to catch up and win the match! They stayed composed until the very end. Congrats, Japan! And kudos and big respect to Cuba as well! They also did great & worked hard, and even gave the higher rank teams a really hard time in matches. 👏 Great game. ❤

Cuba played so well in all the matches they played... mad respect for how both teams played this match...

but the discipline, grit, and tenacity of Japan is truly remarkable, they're shorter playes compared to the opposing team but how they trust each other and you know how hard individual players of Japan worked for it... they became a force to be reckoned with... Taishi Onodera had a truly remarkable performance in this game... Japan never fail to surprise us and always treat us viewers with quality game play.
