If you have contacts that are saved in iCloud and if you want to import in your new iPhone then what you do is go ahead and select "Settings". Go to "Sign into your iPhone". Then enter your apple id. Next. Now you need to enter the password for your apple id. Next. Now you are signing into the iCloud. Now if you have logged the iPhone with the passcode you need to enter the passcode to unlock it. So, once you have logged into your apple id, then go to iCloud here. Then you have the option here "contacts". Enable this option. So, once you enable this option then whatever the contact are present in the iCloud, it will be downloaded and it will be saved to your iPhone. So, if I go here and open my contact, I will be able to see all of the contacts which were present in the iCloud.
