Preparing the Virtual SD Card

   04. Install 7-zip by running the .exe
   05. Extract the downloaded Virtual SD Card Maker .zip
   06. Install the ImDisk Virtual Disk Driver
   07. Navigate to the extracted Virtual SD Card Maker /Windows directory
   08. Hold the SHIFT key and right click in the white space ≫ Open PowerShell window here...
   09. Run the following command to create a new blank .raw SD card
         # change the size as needed, 32GB (32768M) is the maximum usable size by Dolphin

Installing Homebrew Applications

   02. In the ImDisk Virtual Disk dialog, set the drive letter and check the Removable media box ≫ Click OK
   03. Open the newly mounted drive in File Explorer
   04. Create a folder called apps
   06. Once completed copying homebrew applications, right click the mounted virtual SD drive ≫ Eject

Using Homebrew Applications in Dolphin

   03. Extract the downloaded Dolphin .7z file
   07. Back in Dolphin, select Tools ≫ Perform Online System Update ≫ United States
   08. After the update completes, select Tools ≫ Install WAD...
   09. Navigate and select the downloaded Homebrew Channel .wad file
   10. Select Tools ≫ Load Wii System Menu
   11. Completed the initial console setup
   12. The familiar Wii launcher should display with Homebrew Channel installed
   13. Select Homebrew Channel to see the homebrew apps installed on the virtual SD card

This is quite heavy for a noob to try, there's always some problem pops up. That adjust the sizes needed part didn't work for me so that was enough. noobs will struggle with this.

Update to anyone Dolphin Now Supports SD Card Support so you can put files on a folder called WiiSDSync and it will sync up for you

Everytime I try to boot to the Wii menu, Dolphin crash, without any error message. But when I remove the sd.raw file, the Wii menu works again. Can you help me?

Cant get my homebrew channel to recognize any files I put into the SD folder. After I eject it then boot up the wii menu i go into the homebrew channel and nothing is there.

Hey, I've been having a problem. I was following the steps you did but when I got the virtual SD card, it said "sd" instead of "sd.raw". I followed the same steps like adding channels to the SD card, but the apps don't appear when I open it. Any help?

It doesn't show the eject button. I tried looking in the system tray too.
