But also. Be careful with the amount you feed depending on the quality of the water. If you have high levels they can starve for a day or two while you get the levels back down to normal.

Make it one minute and spread the feed pellets . Quantity is just a pinch worth for 4 goldies for pellets and always suppliment with fresh veggies and boiled chicken shredded in small pieces also no more than quarter teaspoon worth chicken for 5 goldies. This is my formula for my fish . Veggies is a must

To add to what he says in the video. Other aquarium fish (tetras, guppies, platys, gouramis, mollys, etc) tend to need about what they can eat in 3 minutes once a day. It's not so much that it causes algae growth but they also tend to eat a little slower and need slightly less food so one 3 minute feeding instead of 2 four minute feedings. And on the off chance some 12 year old tries to say I'm wrong I've been keeping fish for 15 years and breeding them for around 10
