SINGLE LEG STRETCH: 8-10x each leg.
SET UP: On your back. Knees at table top, spine imprinted.

INHALE: To prepare
EXHALE: Open hip joint to reach R.leg to the diagonal. Keep back imprinted.
INHALE: Hold
EXHALE: Bend knee to bring R. leg back to table top.
Repeat on L side, alternating R & L.
