I love the animation! I actually like disc better this season than season 1! I mained monk but main alt disc in S1! As my main this season it feels smoother and very consistent! Rapture loss doesn’t feel as bad as everyone was dooming!

Disc is super easy to play when but also requires people not to fail a lot. You literally can't do anything if someone chooses to take avoidable damage 2-3 times in a row. You have to go through too many globals before you can actually top someone.

im no disc pro, but i feel like SW:Pain is more impactful that youre giving it credit for. so far in my experience, its a pretty substantial part of my damage, and contributing a decent amount to basic maintenance healing. if the pull is large enough, and lives long enough, having 10+ SWPs out feels pretty good. not like enough to sustain the group, but definitely helping.
