My dr told me the same about aspartame he said u would have to have a TON in a day to get the negative effects that you would if you are overweight!

Love your food finds....keep them going. I am not a fan of the rain either. It is so cumbersome when you have to pull out the umbrella and then close it. Fortunately. a lot of the stores now have umbrella plastic bags to put yours into when shopping. Glad to see you are continuing with your weight loss.

Tracy, I hope you’re doing well. I just lost my dad and I am gaining and I want to start back- thinking of Points Plus which is what I lost 75 lbs in back in the day before my daughter was born in 2016. I would love for you to come back. I am definitely in need of support.

You appeared to have done much better with Points Plus, just because the programs change from time to time doesn't mean we have to change with them, use what worked the best and what you had the most success on. I have been following you often and Points Plus was definitely your program. You also showed us some wonderful recipes.

Honey, I love ITrackBites and I do the points plus (Carb Conscious on ITrackBites) Plus it’s so easy to use. I have had it for a while and I am a lifetimer so I have the ww app too. I use pen and paper to keep track. If you want to use ITrackBites get the Pro ❤️. Love you girl.

Love Sprouts! We have them all over here, there’s one five mins from my home. my Fitbit too! It’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. Not only is it great for motivating u to get those steps in but it really helps me with keeping up with my sleep patterns! It’s just awesome!

I hope you are doing well. Miss you on here. I'm using the iTrackBites Conquer Cravings program which is the original Momentum/Winning Points program and it is working for me. The other variations of the point system just don't work as well for me. As you know, it tracks calories, fat, & fibre. Let us know how you're doing.

I use I track lost 19 lbs ….its a whole lot cheaper for me....and I am on the old program points the bomb love it

I'm so glad you are back! I have missed you! I get confused on how to track everything when you're making, like say, spaghetti or another dish that has more than one thing added to it and it feeds alot of people. How do you count a serving size for just 1 person?
