for everyone thinking about it, wooting really is just so nice. Even if something breaks you can switch out all single parts. They are such a nice and innovative company, require no software etc, its just a dream. I will never go back and it has completely changed my feeling for movement and strafing (2.3k faceit, 25k premier, 4.5k hours)

The custom keyboard market also has some much less known competitors in this category. The Akko Year of the Dragon edition is an 8k Hz hall effect keyboard with snap tap. You can adjust everything and even make on board scripts as it has a small computer inside. I actually made snap tap on this keyboard trough those built in scripts around a month before Razer did it. So if you want a nice looking and performing board...although very expensive this is the one. Well at least in my experience. Love the content man.

GPU is probably by far the most important aspect of an eSports computer, assuming your CPU isn't bottlenecking you, which is rarer these days. Imo you should be able to drive 300 FPS in an esports FPS title first. Then upgrade monitor. Then look at mouse, then keeb. In terms of what to prioritise spending on.

I picked up the Zenblade 65 from Pwnage a couple weeks ago. I love 65% keyboards and this ZB 65 is a little beast. The software still needs to add DKS but typing on it is a pleasure.

It's a shame that all the trendy keyboards are getting smaller and smaller. I would love a magnetic keyboard, but also need the numpad for programming and general use of the PC, and having a whole keyboard just for gaming seems so wasteful

IMO the Wooting is still almost cheating since you need this level of responsiveness to compete against someone who has it. Kind of pay to win. But that's to some extent also a testament to how keyboard technology is progressing, and that since the launch of Wooting's Hall Effect keyboard, it's just on a new level.
