Mercedes Tricks - The Locking Function

Did you know its possible to set your Mercedes to only unlock the driver door and fuel cap, whilst leaving the boot and remaining doors locked?

Simply press and hold the unlock and lock button simultaneously for six seconds, wait for the red light to flash, and its done.

To go back to all the doors unlocking, repeat the process and the settings will be reset.

You should probably tell everyone what buttons you are pressing and holding. You have to press and hold both the lock and unlock buttons down for 6 seconds.

Maybe also add a quick double tap of the unlock button to only unlock the driver side. As I take my daughter to school every morning I need all doors to open usually but if I am in an unlit car park I would like the option to only open the drivers side door.

I have this function on my Suzuki alto 😂. Press the fob once only driver door will open press twice all doors will open

Hello, I have a question. I own a w221 s500, every time I unlock the car the rear left door (behind the driver) stays unlocked eventhough the lock/unlock button pops up. It unlocks only if I unlock the car from it. How shall I remove this?
