Towards the end of her reign and well into her sixties, England's greatest monarch, Elizabeth R, finds herself drawn to Lord Essex, a handsome young knight in her court, with a proud nature and political aspirations of his own. He woos and wins her, but is his love based on true affection or a desire for power and the need to over throw her and take her thrown? ROYALS.

EIR was Bette’s favourite character to play. She’s gives one of the best portals of EIR on film. My only criticism, too much twitching.
