No, that thermometer and vent are DEFINITELY positioned wrong, especially for my 26.75 kettle.

Thanks Johnny... The great thing about your videos to me is that you cover stuff no one else really bothers to cover...

I was extremely happy to discover your channel after an entire day trying to get answers on YouTube for my basic grilling questions. Congratulations on being a great teacher! I am so grateful that I found your site. Awesome. I appreciate your style.

Love your content! Finally got a good job and live in an apartment complex that allows grills and I got a Master Touch, which I LOVE. Your videos are fantastic - to the point, informative, and really talking about the mechanics of cooking.

The only video on YouTube that actually shows how to use a Weber Master Touch the way it was designed. I was fooled by buying a Slow N Sear bucket and I even changed my top grill, but seing this video, I understood how to use the Weber grills properly. Yes, I'm a noob griller, but I am getting there! ;)

I tried the vortex with the two charcoal baskets in the middle. Son of a gun did the heat pick up. Good stuff! I appreciate your videos 👍🏻

the sear marks on those wood chunks looked amazing. cooked to a perfect temperature and those wood ribs were perfect, but why no sauce?(or wood varnish) lol! This was very informative man. The baskets don't get as much love as they should, they are very useful. I like to use them a lot in last config you showed when they serve more as a divider...keeps the charcoal close together and compact.

You are so underrated... I've been watching your videos and they have definitely helped me learn how to use my master touch premium! Thank you! It's been almost a year of burnt food and over cooked meat, alot of frustration as well.. crazy how there is a "grill science". Anyways thank you and have a good day, ill be subscribing for future cooks, configurations and knowledge.

Wow, that first one is cool. Don't know why I didn't do this before

Nice video. When I do parallel indirect I put the lit coals at opposite ends of the two baskets for more symmetry with the heat.
