It reminded me of Ocon and alonso colliding last year in Brazil sprint qualifying. Ocon oversteered into alonso, caught alonso’s front tire with his rear tire and spun into a barrier. Same thing happened here

From Albon's camera looks like he lost it on the kerb, but from Bearman's you can hear him slow down a lot, move litte out of the way but not off the track, i believe Albon got suprised by Bearman slowing down and not leaving the track to him. I don't say that its a 50/50, but just a racing incident. Albon could've lifted an cancelled the lap, but maybe he was suprised to see the Ferrari slow down there. He had a clear view, so its rare to make a mistake like that.
