Good choice to put the Riddler one at #8, considering there's at least two points in the story (and then a third at the end) where people say, "hey, shouldn't you solve that riddle?" and Bats goes, "Naw, I'll spare it a thought once we grab the Perfessor and Co." Unusually blasé for the Caped Crusader, in my opinion, but different writers write differently.

Batman was foolish for trusting anyone with batcave, true identity, and any trust.Batman would have thoroughly checked that masked person-even after the masked person save Batman, saved city, saved earth, etc.why would not Batman check out wife of district attorney Harvey dent?

Widening Gyre Batman was so stupid. He just blindly trusted the new guy without doing his typical learning everything about someone and all not trusting them shtick.
