As a singer, she might be trying to talk in a less damaging part of her voice. Speaking higher like that without the vocal fry she had at the beginning is better for your voice, especially when your voice is fatigued. My vocal teacher always tells me not to talk low because it's harder on my voice.

Singers speak in their head voice (the higher voice) when they’re resting their voice or really just to keep it healthy. If they speak too low, they can develop nodules that ruin their singing voice. So the pitch fluctuation you hear from her is normal since she’s a singer and needs to keep her voice healthy. She probably realized mid-answer that she was speaking too low so she switched it.

Wow why did she change her voice like that. She is always changing her voice so it's more higher. Like I get why she used to do it back then because of the role she played on victorious but, like why is she always trying to fake the way she talks.

I do this too, when I’m nervous on the spot, or a bit more alert I speak in like a higher voice but when I’m hella relaxer and feeling lazy I do a deep voice. I don’t think she fakes it, it’s just how a lot of people are lol. Like when I’m in class and shy I have a baby voice lmao

It helps keep this part of your range warmed up, and it’s a good habit to then use this sweet manner on her studio recordings without any issues, vocals cords will be comfortable with this position afterwards
