Wow, I never knew there was a market for trading carbon credits! What more, it is a great incentive for developing countries to make some money from companies that just can't afford to lower their carbon footprint. I'm impressed

Has anyone noticed how many thousands of office blocks in the cities leave their lights on all night with no one in them at all? This is a total waste of electricity and is going on night after night, ad infinitum. Do they care?
