REVIEW: Huge Pizza-by-the-Slice (Boardwalk / New York Style)

Huge pepperoni pizza-by-the-slice for $9. FYI: Cheese Pizza is $8. I think an appropriate price for the #pizza should be $7-8 for #pepperoni and $6-7 for cheese. This is a beach boardwalk inspired / #NewYorkStylePizza. You’re really paying for a medium sized pizza. The wait time for them to warm up the pizza in the brick oven was about 5-7 minutes.

The pizza has a good amount of weight to it, probably because of the generous amount of cheese they put on it. There’s a nice thick bite of cheese. Big round thin cut slices of pepperoni covers the pizza. The crust reminds me of a crispy naan, nothing wrong that. It was a nice crust, not too thin and too floppy. It could use a little more marinara sauce. Sauce wasn’t too tart.

Overall, a good pizza. I would rate it a 7.5/8 out 10.
