I suggest you pull on her banner if you really want her tho, the chances of getting her on standard, what with all the other characters there, is really slim and youll end up chasing that hope for a while if youre unlucky

such a strange decision by mihoyo…we already have a pyro claymore character on standard (diluc) and we just had a sumeru character (tighnari) added. why would they add dehya before a geo/polearm/inazuma character 😭

Man I haven't get tighnari at the standard yet, and dehya is gonna join the fray. Completion of all standard banner 5star is slowly getting out of reach. Sadge.

So they did this decision due to most likely a majority of the backlash they've been getting from the community about Dehya.

She doesn't work with Beidou, Xingqui, or Yelan.
Xingqui and Yelan being the main appliers for Hydro in Pyro DPS teams.

Plus her damage multipliers are actually rather trash. In their respective best Teams, Xinyan C6 does more damage then C0 Dehya.
And I think Aloy does more then both of them.

This as a result, plus how niche Dehya's kit is, makes her a off meta character and the lowest damaging one at that. She doesnt have good pyro application, her damage sucks, and shes there to soak damage in a meta where Zhongli shield or Kokomi jellyfish go brr.

Them putting her in the standard banner is a way to try and justify keeping her this weak. When all they would have to do is buff her multipliers for her damage and she could've been one of the top selling 5 star units for Sumeru.
