Bought a pair of headlight washers for my Fiat Uno, those things are 25+ years old, and the nozzles would not move I always thought they had a fixed position (or were glued in place), but thought it was strange that the water wouldn't hit the headlights head on, the jet was hitting the very bottom of the lens. I laid it to rest, I was happy enough that I bought it, even if it would remain an aesthetic add-on.
Then I found your video and I decided to try some WD-40, also gave it a bit of heat with a hair dryer and the nozzles MOVED!
OMFG, dude, you have no IDEA how happy you made that my washers will be functional!

Hi there firstly great informative vids.quick question i was checking the fuses under the bonnet of my 2.8 v6 cab. And noticed one of the large fuses had blown. (40 amp) when i tried checking what the fuse was in charge of. It turns out it says rad fan(s) and vucuum pump?? Also this fuse should be a 30 amp not 40 amp. Could you please give me an heads up on what these are i have replaced the fuse and not really noticed anything different. Thankyou uk based saab 9-3 🚗💨

I need to replace one of the jets and have a new left and right assembly on order. Can you tell me once I remove the bumper, do they just pop out of the housing or how do you remove the two jet assembly to replace it?

Hi Cyd, would you happen to know how I could disconnect the headlight washer nozzels? My car goes through an ungodly amount of washer fluid in the Canadian winter and I've never had any benefit from the headlight spray.

Any advice on how to have the fluid only come through the hood mounted nozzels for the windshield? Thanks!!
