That descending bass line reminds me of something I can't put a name to, not in a bad way.
I'm not a fan of added noise/interference/blown speakers, but the mix, dubbed up but not in that way that a lot of music seems now, just like Ive heard for 50 years, but dropping things in and out adding and subtracting is very cool.
I like the odd touch of high life guitar.
Oh, just got it, the bass... D'Angelo, and the way some of the voices are mixed, actually the whole production is... isn't it?
Just looked and the "unmastered" version of this is on Bandcamp for $777!!!
