Is there a TRUE black and white setting though? NOT greyscale. They are not the same, I don't know why you keep repeating the two as if they were.

Thanks David, good workaround. Acrobat and/or Distiller really should have "Greyscale" as a colour output option. It's silly that they don't!

Obviously as many other amateur pages this one do not understand difference between grayscale and B/W. I am dissapointed again.

I'm using MacOS and it did not work. It started printing when I selected print. It did NOT ask me to save the file when I clicked print.

I want to change a 6*9 pdf to white and black, but this program only do it for output on 8.5*11 inch 😑 i tried all possibilities

Grayscale is not the same thing as monochrome.

This doesn't work in Acrobat Pro for MacOS because there is no "Microsoft Print to PDF" option.
