I literally didn't understand how captain carter was fine while holding all 6 infinity stones she is a human even 1 infinity stone have has to be enough to kill her but she was holding 6 stones and using it's power without even facing consequences

In Season 1, he was at most the strength of 4 stones (basically the strongest MCU character aside from ones with stones). In Season 2 though, we see he has new demons and knowledge, and even captured an Infinity Thanos. While it is absurd, he is stronger than all 6 stones it seems! And then even stronger, because he still beat Carter even after she also had Mjolnir and other relics. Except for maybe Thor’s niece, he’s definitely the strongest MCU character.
