That’s a lie I work there for 11yrs and they always said the member was right people could say anything to you and nothing would be done. Sam’s Club would let you go if you tried to defend yourself

As a Sam’s Club employee I can tell you that the majority of what she said on this video is correct. However on that bit about payments, we do except all forms of payments even American Express and Visa cards. And if you have a big family I highly recommend getting the plus membership and if you shop a lot there’s a couple benefits on this membership that might be good for you and your family. With the plus membership every $500 you spend throughout the year you get $10 back in what’s called cash rewards, basically free money say you spend $2000 throughout the year, that’s $40! That’s free money. You also get 20% off and all Sam’s Club’s that have optical stores and pharmacies that and what she said on the video, You also get earlier shopping hours anyone with a plus membership usually gets to come in at least two hours earlier than the members with standard memberships. Back on the payments we also accept checks. Even though they are quickly becoming a thing of the past.

My Sam's Club management is... actually pretty fantastic. They're very caring and compassionate, especially with me. While I don't agree with everything corporate forces on us, I do enjoy how workable my club has been with me. I really can't say I relate to the issues that some other clubs have.
