I want to share somthing that is I have the same issue because,
I was open google (AS ADMINSTRATOR)
and I have Restart and Restart my pc and instal and uninstal latest and old verion of idm,
nothing going to be good but finally,
normaly open the chrome from (C) drive!

I have another problem when I want to watch a video on YouTube YouTube crashes completely not only the video I want to watch the page completely crashes I would like to know why this happens when you are active se it freezes the page completely only on youtube when i start a video file on youtube when i watch the video file gallery not only when a video file is playing and i want to understand why this is happening now this week it happened this problem i never met before now something like this if anyone knows a fix or any reason let me know I can't find it in all my googling I can't find anything to help me
