Worked for me in June 2024, thank you man. Was trying to use Chrome to download a youtube video, couldn't do to the 403 error. And I google'd "http?1.1 403 forbidden internet download manager" your video popped up! I used the same proxy as you in the video. Cheers

Thanks a lot. While downloading a 2 GB file, I got the " 403 forbidden" message when the downloaded data size was over 1 GB. I said what a f.... because I'm browsing through a slow internet connection and didn't want to start from the beginning. Your tutorial saved me from wasting so much time.

It doesn't work, i speculate the proxy from psiphon is out of date, even though i change the virtual country.

IDM не определял настройки прокси, но к счастью в свойствах браузера они появились, благодаря им всё удалось настроить. Без psiphon3 ничего бы не получилось.
